Feel free to browse Oil Painting Reproduction Australia (O-P-R-A) gallery. You may point and click through our gallery that’s searchable by artists, art styles, art subjects, location of the paintings such as famous museums and even time period of the paintings. When you find the painting you like, choose the size in which you would like to order by clicking the box left to the size option.  (See Figure 1). Some paintings will have a description of the painting. This way you can learn more about the story behind the painting in one convenient location. Furthermore you may like to have a look at the other related paintings or delivery conditions by clicking the related buttons below the painting picture.

Please note our painting sizes are proportionate to the original painting size and first option offered in size selection is original size of the painting.

In the case your desired size is not displayed in our menu please choose a custom size option. Once you decide the width of the painting the height of the painting will be automatically for you and will be proportionate to the original painting. Once your decision is finalized you can add the product to your shopping chart.

2. Login Page

Before you can order your paintings you need to log in with your details. In order to do that, please click the “login” button located on top of the web page. If you have already an account fill in the email and password details located on the right hand side. (See Figure 2.1)

If you are a new customer, once you are on the login site please click “create an account” button. Fill in all the necessary fields and click “create an account” button. (See Figure 2.2)

3. Adding Products to your Shopping Cart


Once you find a painting that you would like to order and selected the desired size, click the “Add to shopping cart” button. You may view the paintings in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking “View Cart” located at the top right hand corner of the page. (See Figure 3)

4. Reviewing and Modifying Your Shopping Cart

After you finish shopping, please review all the paintings in your Shopping Cart to ensure you have selected the correct painting, size and quantity. To add more of the same painting, please follow the steps explained in section 3 above. To modify your order, please go to your Shopping Cart and follow the steps listed below. 

To remove a painting; simply click the cross-shaped “Remove” button. 

You may view the products in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking “Shopping cart” located at the top right hand corner of any page. (Look at next to white star sign in Figure 4)

5. Proceed to Checkout


When you are ready to place your order, click the “Check out” button located under the right hand side of your Shopping Cart (see Figure 5 below). If you are not ready to checkout and wish to continue shopping, click the “Continue shopping” to return to previous pages and browse more products.

6. Review Page

This page displays all the paintings in your Shopping Cart for your review. You may modify and confirm the paintings and their sizes and quantity before purchasing.

7. Payment Page

Once you are ready to checkout, click the “Check out” button located at the bottom right of the page and you will be taken to the Delivery Address page. The address you used during the login will be displayed as the first option alternatively you can enter a new delivery address by clicking the “New address” button. (See Figure 7)

Finally fill out the payment information for PayPal since Oil Painting Reproduction Australia takes PayPal payments only.  You click “Confirm” button located at the bottom of the page to proceed into payment page.

Once you are in PayPal screen you can either enter your PayPal account details or simply prefer to use your credit card.  To use this option you do not need to have a PayPal account.

Once you complete your order you will receive an email from Oil Painting Reproduction Australia confirming your order.

8. Check your Order Status

Once your order has been processed, you may monitor the status of your order at any time by sending us an email. We will keep you up to date with your order and give you an estimate time for completion.

Once your order is completed you will receive an email containing a large image of your painting. During this process please inspect the painting carefully. If you have any comments let us know. Our artist in charge of your painting will act on your comments and make necessary changes and we will send you another email. Once you are completely satisfied your painting will arrive to you in a tube. Once you receive our canvas painting you can frame to your desire and enjoy it!

Delivery Time for Oil Paintings

The delivery time for your order will start from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on several factors such as availability of the artist, complexity of the painting, shipping time and destination. In addition some very large or complicated paintings and orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete.



Oil painting cannot be completed very quickly. Since the pigments of paint and oil layers in between needs to be completely dry before next layer of paint can be applied. This process is greatly depends on the humidity and temperature of the environment.  Your oil painting will consists of several layers of paint which would be applied on top of another and only when the layer below is completely dry. As it is very difficult to predict weather conditions and the speed with which the oil will dry, it is not perfectly possible to predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship. 

Shipping time is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. The paintings are shipped rolled inside a protective tube.

Tracking                


Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online through Australia Post tracking system.

Shipping Costs              

We have one standard fee for shipping anywhere in Australia.  This fee may change from time to time to reflect the changes on the postal system and our handling costs.

Packaging                


Your satisfaction is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect part of our commitment. Rest assured!

All paintings are coated with a variety of preserving varnishes, covered with a protective sheet and film, and then carefully rolled into hard and sturdy tubes.

If your order contains a combination of products we will act on your best interest and may decide to send them separately. For this you will not be charged additional shipping.



Lost and Damaged Products

We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and within the estimated delivery time. Occasionally, however, packages may become lost or damaged in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us.
